Cozy spot, just a mile away from a shopping center. The rooms are nicely furnished, recently updated with a balcony and a bathtub 🛁, for example.

The food was outstanding. Rooms were good-sized and well-appointed. The bed was very comfy. The staff, from management to house services, were competent and excellent. The location in Tukwila is stunning and favorable, adjacent to common areas and a major shopping center with several eating options.

Marvellous location, not too far from ifly. Positioned in a great area, near Seattle and Bellevue areas. Close to Southcenter mall. Large and neat rooms with a balcony. Courteous service.

I loved the spacious rooms, perfect for families with toddlers. The desk was great for building Legos. The sofa bed was easy to use and the king size bed was super comfy. The staff was friendly and provided excellent personal service. They even compensated us for a delayed airport pick-up with free breakfast buffet for 2 days. The room was very clean and they promptly accommodated my request for non-feather pillows.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and offers easy access to the highway, making it a great location for families with children. It is also close to the airport, which is convenient for those traveling by air. The little shop in the hotel provides convenience for any last-minute needs.

Parking may not be safe in the hotel's parking lots, as there have been incidents of car break-ins reported by guests.

I have stayed in a king room with central heating, TV and a microwave oven. It has exceptionally nice and ideal location in Tukwila short walk to shopping center as well as the light rail station.

The bathrooms are very dated.

This hotel is a great value for the price with its attention to detail. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious, with a whirlpool next to the bed that adds a touch of luxury. The on-site restaurant offers a good breakfast, and the pool and exercise facilities are large and inviting. Additionally, the hotel's location near the South Center Mall provides easy access to shopping and a variety of restaurants.

Didn't meet my request. I made a request and called before I checked in for top floor and window facing the mall. When I got there they had nothing available for me and the train so loud at night.

The rooms exceeded my expectations, they were spacious and well-appointed. The lobby and bar area had a cozy ambiance with a nice fireplace. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport was convenient and the drivers were courteous. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by greenery and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The shower stalls were fantastic and our room had all new furnishings.

It felt like a home away from home, no complaints.
